Shipping:
We ship F.O.B. Cambridge, MN. All shipping charges are freight collect. Once orders are shipped, there will be no cancellations. Any claims must be filed by you against the carrier.

Confirmation Letter:
All orders will be confirmed by fax or e-mail within 24 hours. Please review your letter for accuracy including quantity and pricing. All orders will be filled based on the confirmation letter. Please call immediately if there is a discrepancy.

Damage and Returns:
In case of shortage or discrepancy, please notify us within three working days of receipt of order. Returns must be authorized by us. There will be a 20% restocking fee. A credit will be issued on the items that are returned to us in satisfactory condition.

Payments:
Credit Card - Your credit card will be charged the day the order ships. VISA/Mastercard and are welcome.

Company Checks - Company checks are always welcome. There will be a $35.00 service charge for each check returned.

Open Accounts - Net 30 upon credit approval. Custom, Non-Ferrous and finished orders will require 50% down to be received prior to beginning work on your order. No further credit will be extended on accounts over 15 days past due. Accounts are closed if there is no activity for 12 months.
